Yip Yip.

Okay, not top notch.

Not complaining about broader life stuff, everything's fine. But just now wondering if reducing the Lexapro - which I only just raised a few weeks ago - because I don't like the super-high dose, was such a good idea.

My fellow anxiety disorder peeps know just what I'm talking about.

Including that weird meta- moment when you watch, like a fly on the wall, while you run round in circles yapping like a nervous little dog.

Isn't that called disassociation? I found it totally fascinating to experience once during a panic attack that made me hyperventilate. It was a really interesting experience to break down after the fact.

I didn't think what I had was disassociation while I was having it. But I think you might be right. At the time, it felt like that rational voice/point-of-view that is not caught up.

I guess that's the same thing. The next question being whether disassociation was a healthy response or not.
