It's not big news, but it feels big to me: I went grocery shopping. It's big because I honestly thought I couldn't. It wasn't normal CFS, I think it was something about yesterday - I just felt really floppy.

So my carer and I went to the quiet supermarket, ate free samples of food we can't afford and blathered about nothing as we shopped. It was fun, and I'm going to have a go at making Chicken Provencale in the next fortnight.

Ah...
But that IS big news! I love the variety and exotic foodstuff in our unaffordable supermarkets.

The local real market is more fun, but also rather crowded.

You can buy just about anything there! It's where I regularly buy some fruit or vegetable I've never heard of before, usually from the Asian greengrocers.
