I might have slept well last night but I can't stop yawning.

If I can hold out against the urge to shut my eyes, I might be able to get my sleep time back to 1 or 2AM, which would be a great improvement on 3 to 4AM.

Today I am turning an opshop fishtank (that is not really the right proportions for a healthy fishtank) into a terrarium. At the moment I'm just scrubbing and cleaning the tank. I've got some moss and a small orchid to go in, and at some point I'll be adding in interesting bits of wood and stuff.

Oh and for those who are wondering: you're less likely to have problems with a fishtank where there's a lot of surface area because it enables oxygen exchange. So tanks with more width than height are preferable. But this one - a fancy octagonal shape - is more tall than wide. It's also fairly small, and small fishtanks need more attention than large ones as things go wrong more quickly in the smaller environment.

I have also been browsing for Ikea bookshelves, I feel it's time I treated myself. I am considering doing floor-to-ceiling(or as close as I can get) in here (the living room) with a gap for the telly and bridging above, because I will never be short of books.

I dream of floor to ceiling bookcases. You know, I could probably live in a house with little other furniture. *dreams*

I've got one of those fishtanks in the shed, that I've been meaning to terrarium-ise for the last 15 years. My gunna list is very long.

It turned out to be surprisingly quick once I got stuck in.

I want shelves with a ladder on a track!

We have floor to ceiling IKEA bookshelves in our basement study. Best inverstment ever! Will you add a small creature to the terrarium?

No it's just for plants. I have enough little creatures to be going on with!

So are your bookshelves full? Or do you still wander about the place trying to work out where another bookshelf might fit?

Our bookshelves are *almost* full...
...still have room for a few more books but I'm still looking for spaces for more shelves and we just put one new one behind a bedroom door.
Seriously.
