It's already 3:15 because my sleep cycle is not so good, but on the plus side I feel quite well and possibly even like a competent adult.

1. Call GP and have more of a chat or at least, ask for a callback tomorrow (I'm not sure if she works Mondays). We forgot about a script, I need to report some dizzy spells, I need her to check most recent tests re-thyroid.

2. Again call Endo's office and ask for a callback tomorrow re:weird new symptoms plus possibility of prednisolone withdrawal needing more active oversight from her.

3. Basic housework. Place is a shambles and I'll be unable to cope with this over next few days of bothendoscopy prep and recovery.
1 load of dishes done, recycling bucket rinsed, old dusty draft excluder recovered from shed, rinsed and on line

4. Eat low res.foods only, but eat plenty of 'em. Drink lots of fluids. All in advance of bothendoscopy prep, which I do tomorrow.

5. Shower and dress.

6. Consider doing some tax paperwork, 30 minutes only.ahahah no

7. I'm allowed to watch some MOOC videos and draw quietly, also to watch the cycling that I recorded last night. Self care is a Good Thing. also no

8. Order some cat litter. Check bank stuff. Too late for cat litter

ETA: have moved some boxes to the shed and played magical squares out there. Now a tad exhausted.

Anxiety levels still weirdly high.

That's a reasonable amount you've done today Splodge.

Good luck with the prep day for the scopes. The worst part of any test ever.

Yep, not pushing myself hard now.

Eggs and toast for tea tonight. And probably for breakfast too.
